SMSF Account Based Pension $330 (inc GST)
Please include a copy of the Funds most recent Trust Deed with your order.
Included in our package:
- The option of commencing the pension as a Standard Account Based Pension, or a Transition to Retirement Account Based Pension;
- Application form from the Member receiving the Pension to the Trustees;
- Pension payment agreement between the Member and the Trustees;
- A Comprehensive Account Based Pension Product Disclosure Statement outlining the features of the Pension;
- Trustee Minute commencing the Pension;
- All relevant Tax Office documentation completed (when applicable);
- All relevant Pension calculations including Crystallisation calculations.
SMSF Allocated Pension $330 (inc GST)
Please include a copy of the Funds most recent Trust Deed with your order.
Included in our package:
- The option of commencing the pension as a Standard Allocated Pension, or a Transition to Retirement Allocated Pension;
- Application form from the Member receiving the Pension to the Trustees;
- Pension payment agreement between the Member and the Trustees;
- A Comprehensive Allocated Pension Product Disclosure Statement outlining the features of the Pension;
- Trustee and Member Minutes commencing the Pension;
- All relevant Tax Office documentation completed;
- All relevant Pension calculations including Minimum and Maximum First year payment options.
Market Linked (Term Allocated) Pension $330 (inc GST)
Please include a copy of the Funds most recent Trust Deed with your order.
Included in our Package:
- The option of commencing the Pension as a Standard , Transition to Retirement or Centrelink Market Linked Pension;
- Application form from the Member receiving the Pension to the Trustees;
- Pension payment agreement between the Member and the Trustees;
- A Comprehensive Pension Product Disclosure Statement outlining the features of the Pension;
- Trustee Minute commencing the Pension;
- All relevant Tax Office documentation completed;
- All relevant Pension calculations including Pension term and first year payment calculations.
SMSF Change of Trustee $220 (inc GST)
Our Package includes documentation to change the Trustee of your Fund, whilst also admitting or removing up to 3 members from/to the Fund at the same time.
The Super Registry Change of Trustee package also includes legal oversight to ensure the Trustees are appointed in the manner described in your current Trust Deed. This removes the risk of a Trust resettlement.
Please include a copy of the Funds most recent Trust Deed with your order.
Our package includes:
- Deed of Appointment and Removal of Trustee;
- Member minute consenting to the change of Trustee (if applicable);
- Minute by the appropriate party to change the Trustee of the Fund;
- Trustee consent forms;
- Letters to Members informing them of the Trustee Change and where applicable, membership change;
- Detailed information on how to have the Change of Trustee documentation stamped by the local Revenue Office including a covering letter (for applicable states);
- Fully completed Tax Office forms, notifying the Tax office of the change in Trusteeship (and Membership where applicable).
- Member application forms, Product Disclosure Statements and Sample Binding Death Benefit Nomination forms for all new members admitted.
SMSF Membership Change $220 (inc GST)
Super Registry will add or remove up to 3 members from/to a SMSF for one fixed price. For Funds with individual Trustees change of Trustee documentation with full legal oversight is also included. For Funds with a Corporate Trustee, applicable documentation to appoint/remove the Member as a director of the Company is also provided with full legal oversight.

Our package includes:
- Trustee Minute to admit and remove (where applicable) up to 3 Members to or from the Fund;
- Product Disclosure Statement (for Funds with a SuperRegistry Trust Deed) and Member application form for each new Member of the Fund;
- Sample Binding Death Benefit Nomination form, and explanatory notes for each new Member (for Funds with a SuperRegistry Trust Deed);
- Letters to the Members notifying them of the change in Membership;
- Fully completed Tax Office form, notifying the Tax office of the change in Membership
Company Registration $598 (inc GST)

The Super Registry Company formation package is drafted by corporate law experts. You have the choice of ordering a SMSF Trustee Company, or a Standard Pty Ltd Company. The Company Registration package includes:
- Certificate of Company Incorporation;
- 2 bound and 1 unbound copy of the constitution;
- Director, Secretary and Public Officer consent forms;
- Share applications and Certificates;
- Minutes to incorporate the Company;
- Minutes to administer the Company;
- A comprehensive range of Company Registers;
- Detailed information on your client’s responsibilities after the Company formation has taken place, including how to open a bank account in the name of the Company;
- Detailed information on how to complete registration of the Company with the ATO;
- The option of ordering a Company Seal.
Unit Trust Establishments $220 (inc GST)
The Super Registry Unit Trust is drafted by corporate law experts and includes:
- Income and Capital Units that allow for advanced pension strategies;
- 2 Bound and 1 unbound copy of the Unit Trust Deed;
- Trustee minutes to establish the Trust, and to have the Trust Deed stamped by the local Revenue Office;
- Pro forma minutes to administer the Trust;
- Unit Applications and Unit Certificates for each Unit Holder;
- Detailed information on how to have the Trust Deed stamped by the local Revenue Office, including a covering letter addressed to the State Revenue Office;
- Information on how to open a bank account in the name of the Trustee/s;
- Register of Unit Holders
