SuperRegistry ensures your Self Managed Superannuation Fund (SMSF) Trust Deeds always remain compliant by providing you with FULL DEED UPDATES (including minutes, deed and PDS) whenever new legislation requires.
How Does It Work?
- Your existing SMSF Trust Deeds are upgraded to the current SuperRegistry Trust Deed.
- Your deed records are then filed in our secure database.
- You recieve FULL UPDATES to your Trust Deeds whenever required by legislative changes.
- You sit back and relax, knowing your client deeds are always compliant and up to date.

How Do I Sign up?
Complete the onlie registration form, or download our Registration Form PDF and send it to us via email or fax. We will then contact you to schedule your initial Trust Deed updates.
Can I establish a new SMSF with SuperRegistry?
Of course! We provide the same update service for new Self Managed Superannuation Fund establishments as we do for SMSF Trust Deed updates. (see Trust Deed features).
Do I have to use the update service when I vary my SMSF Trust Deeds?
Whilst it is advisable to register for our update service, you do have the choice to simply upgrade your SMSF Trust Deeds with us for our low rate of $275.00 without registering for the SuperRegistry Deed update service. (SMSF Trust Deed package details)
